Started in 1993, still answering
Dena Aranzamendi started as a beginner operator in 1988. In 1993 she opened her own company, Dena's Secretarial Service, in Fort Myers. Over the years the business grew into what it is today, Dena's Answering Service. In October 2026 we moved into our new office in Estero.
Since 1993, one thing has not changed: when a caller reaches Dena's, a real person answers. Not AI, not a recording.
What began as a Southwest Florida business now serves customers nationwide, and is ready for statewide and national accounts.

Dena founded Dena's Answering Service in 1993 and is the one who makes things happen for our clients. She personally handles onboarding and sets up each client's call-handling instructions.

Ready when the weather isn't
We live in Southwest Florida, so we plan for storms. After Hurricane Ian in 2022 we moved our servers to Madison, Wisconsin, where they are backed up to different secure locations, and our operators work from several states, so your calls keep getting answered.
